Abstract: Zoomy Practise

These are my zoomy pictures, this would have to be a favourite photography technique. The way to do it is to keep the camera body as still as possible, and then twist the lens - towards or away from the model or object, and you press the shutter button while your twisting the lens.
This is an ok example of the zoomy
effect photo. The exposure is correct.

This one didn't go well, the right side of the bush looks much
more zoomy than the left. It's also a bit over exposed, and blurry,
but that's because of my unexperienced and unsteady hands.

This is of the rock pool in front of E-Block, I think it's the best example of my
own, because the zoomy effect is really prominant. This would make a great
background for one of my designs.

This is my second favourite because the zoomy effect is
still quite prominant. But the reason it isn't my favourite, is
because it's a little blurry, and the exposure could be higher.

This is an alright shot. The
zoomy effect is more
prominant in this one than
the my 2nd favourite. But the
other one has more detail to it.

This is ok, but I was rushed with this one, because the owner
conveniently wanted to go home. I think the exposure looks ok,
maybe the slightest bit over exposed.

This one would have to be the worst because there is hardly any zoomy effect
on this one at all. And the exposure is netural.

Evaluation
I really enjoyed this lesson, I learnt a lot of new skills, and made friends whilst doing it.
I love all these pictures, they make me think I'm zooming into the future or possibly the past.

Health and Safety
This was an outside shoot, so the main precautions were that someone held onto the photographer's clothing whilst they took a picture of the rock pool.
The other was that whilst one was taking a photo of a bike, another person was on watch to attract attention from cars or bikes to the photographer.
